You’ll move through a gentle vinyasa flow to release tension and reconnect with your breath, incorporating deep, mindful stretching to relieve tightness and enhance flexibility.   • Hot HIIT Flow

    The perfect balance of strength and stamina. This dynamic class blends the calming flow of yoga with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT.) You will alternate between a Vinyasa flow and HIIT exercises like jumping jacks and mountain climbers, pushing the body to work hard and elevate the heart rate, then return to your flow to recover and reset.

  • Hot 20 x 3

     This well rounded format efficiently blends yoga, cardio, and strength training into a 60 minute session. Each segment is focused and purposeful, with 20 minutes dedicated to each modality. Begin with 20 minutes of grounding flows to warm up the body, increase flexibility, and establish mindful breathing. Transition into 20 minutes of focused strength training using to target and tone all major muscle groups. Finish with 20 minutes of invigorating cardio, where you’ll work through high-intensity intervals to elevate your heart rate, build endurance, and torch calories.

A dynamic non-heated all-in-one class that uses the Hero-Board, resistance bands, and hand weights to mimic the full range of reformer exercises and beyond.
