Yes! All of our classes are designed for all levels, and our experienced instructors are prepared to guide you with modifications or intensifications to meet your needs. You don’t need to be perfect to be here, all you need to do is show up! If you’re brand new to yoga, our “Begin Here” class at 8 AM on Sundays is the perfect place to start. It’s designed to help you ease into your yoga practice in a supportive and welcoming environment.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you forget anything, don’t worry! Here, we offer mat and towel rentals, as well as a filtered water fountain, and water for purchase to ensure you’re fully prepared for class.

Our hot classes are heated to 90–95°F, providing a deep and invigorating experience. For a more moderate option, our warm classes are set at 80–85°F. We also offer non-heated classes, ideal for those who prefer a room-temperature practice.

Once the studio opens, we will absolutely offer a $75 unlimited intro special for new students to explore our classes. However, we are currently in our presale period, offering exclusive savings, benefits, and perks for our founding members.
